Hi!! My book kinda fell apart at the binding, under regular use. I ordered and purchased it at the first, when it came out (Can’t recall exactly when that was, but right when it came out).
I’ll be ordering another one, but wanted you to know this happened, in case there are others who have experienced the same thing.

Oh well. I get up at 5:45 to get ready for work and get home at 6pm So…. i could bake on the weekend but i want to have fresh bread on Wednesday’s too?? so long cold ferment in refrig???

Love, love, love “The Perfect Loaf”. I’ve made 4 different recipes and the results were amazing. The cinnamon buns were the best I’ve ever made or bought. The book is a must have for bakers of all skills.
